Driving the Future Leaders of the Meetings Industry

The Next Generation Summit (NGS) brings together young professionals from various areas within the meetings industry. Throughout the day, successful candidates will have the opportunity to make valuable contacts, participate in educational sessions, enjoy social activities and receive invaluable guidance from some of the most influential figures in the global meetings industry. Upon completion of the NGS, participants will return with vast knowledge, a strengthened professional network, and a significant boost in their professional skills.

This program is the result of FIEXPO Latin America and is enhanced by the collaboration of ICCA and PCMA Latam, joining forces to promote the training of new professional leaders in the meetings industry.

The participants will be young professionals who are beginning their careers in the meetings industry, representing convention bureaus, venues, Professional Congress Organizers (OPCs), transportation companies and other suppliers that are part of the value chain.
