WHO MAY BE HOSTED BUYER?
People that organize events or that are responsible for choosing future venues for international congresses, corporate meetings, business or incentive travels, Members of Directive Boards of International Associations, in-house PCOs, CORE PCOs or Meeting Planners and Association Management Companies, may apply as Hosted Buyers.
Inclusion in the hosted buyer category will be evaluated following a strict selection criterion, where data as the following will be taken into account, e.g. number of international events organized, rotation of the events, annual budget and position held in company or association.

Visitors
To participate as a visitor, you should first register on line. That will enable you to visit the trade show, meet the exhibitors you wish and attend training activities.
Registration as a visitor is free of charge; you should only accredit that you are involved in activities related with the exhibition, and present your business card when you pick up your accreditation.
Students will be allowed at exclusive training activities.
